The Internal Medicine Department
- The Department of Internal Medicine of the Ghana Police Hospital is currently headed by a Senior Physician Specialist & Nephrologist
- He is supported by a Family Physician, a Physician Specialist, a locum Senior Physician Specialist & Nephrologist, Medical Officers, nurses and other paramedics.
- The Department trains House Officers and other health professionals who require training in internal medicine.

Operating Hours
- The Department runs 24 hours a day and 7 days a week with Mondays and Tuesdays designated for Outpatient clinics and Thursdays for General Ward Rounds.
